  Packer 3s Rugged, steel frame pull-and-tear dispenser for reinforced and non-reinforced water-activated tapes is easy to operate and featured a unique "subway feed" for uniform tension and consistent moistening. NEW! Improved blade is able to tear reinforced and non-reinforced tape. Excellent for low-volume carton sealing. Thumb screws on each side of the blade further secures it to the frame for an added layer of safety. Accepts rolls of tape from 1" to 3" wide (2.5-7cm).
