Surplus from state university. As told to me, this unit was sent to the manufacturer to be refurbished. In it's absence another system was permanently substituted. Upon the return of this unit, it was put in storage for a back up. Has not been used since refurbishing. Comes with what is seen in photos. This includes the main monitoring unit, OEM power supply w/hospital grade power cord, instruction manual, a clinical indications chart, seven (7) sample filters, seven (7) sensors, ten (10) patient cards and thirty(30) breath tubes. Unit will be shipped in two boxes. Monitor will be shipped in original 5 ply box with factory foam rubber packing. Free shipping is limited to the lower 48 states. This includes the global shipping center. Insurance and tracking are included free. If destination is outside the lower 48 states BUT does NOT involve the global shipping center, please email me prior to purchase so that we can work out a fair solution.    The Insight eNO system measures exhaled nitric oxide (eNO), which is a well-established indicator of airway inflammation and asthma control. Apieron's biosensor detects trace amounts of nitric oxide molecules in a single human breath utilizing a proprietary technology.
