The MegaPX WDR MiniDome Z can stream at 30 fps at maximum resolution, and record video independently to an optional SD High Capacity (microSDHC) card or a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device. CAMERA AND NAS RECORDING The camera’s ability to stream in parallel to an internal microSDHC card or NAS device ensures redundant recording in the event of a network outage or server failure. Product Discrepancies If you receive an item that is DOA, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue, whether it be through a partial refund, a full refund, or a product replacement. For items that are inaccurately described, or damaged upon arrival we ask that you contact us immediately with descriptions (photos are preferred) that are inaccurate. Description should include part number discrepancies, photos of the damage, and any other relevant information that will assist all parties involved in resolving the issue. Photographs Many of our listings include photographs that are simply a model, or representation of the actual product you will receive. In cases where we have quantities greater than 1 the photos will not be updated. Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Under any circumstances in which you'd like to return your item, the following requirements must be met: Notify eComponents within 14 days of final transaction, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
