The listed price is for a base unit consisting of: 3 Shelf Configuration Dual Mass Flowmeters for gas All standard system features. 300 watt standard -  or 600 watt optional RF Generator (Both are available as of listing date. - please advise preferences in power and manufacturer and we will quote.) Options available include: Vacuum pumps for  Oxygen service , or Hydrocarbon pumps for non- Oxygen Plasma processes.
