This device is in excellent condition. From Marco web site: The Marco Prism Exophthalmometer is designed for simplicity and accuracy in the measurement of the forward or abnormal protrusion of the eyeball (exophthalmos). The prisms are made of clear plastic with easy-to-read millimeter lines on both sides. The eyeball is seen through the lower half of the prism and the scale is seen through the upper half, eliminating parallax and facilitating a rapid measurement of the degree of proptosis.
