Market Forge F-40GL is a 40 gallon Natural Gas Stationary Kettle with a 2" draw off valve. It is fully refurbished and in EXCEPTIONAL condition both functionally and cosmetically. The kettle is AGA, CGA, and NSF certified, and ASME code stamped. The exterior is made of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 sanitary finish and 6" stainless steel legs. The burners are made of stainless steel high efficiency atmospheric tubular design. The interior kettle liner is a one-piece all-welded construction of type 316 stainless steel with #4 sanitary finish and comes with a spring assist stainless steel cover as standard. Safety features include a low water cut off, pressure relief valve, pressure control, and 100% safety gas shut-off valve. The kettle operates in a temperature range of 165В°F to 265В°F. Local pickup is preferred, but if shipping is necessary, please contact for a shipping quote. This machine will need to be shipped via freight, so provide full shipping address and indicate if it is a commercial or residential address. If commercial, indicate whether a forklift or loading dock is available. Item will be prepared for shipment at no additional charge. Product details include a low water level cut-off and indicator, pressure gauge, temperature control, safety relief valve, integrally mounted controls, electronic ignition, water sight glass, 2" draw-off valve, and 316 stainless steel line.
“This Market Forge Kettle is in EXCEPTIONAL condition both functionally and cosmetically. It has been fully cleaned serviced and tested and functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever. It was acquired from a local school system where it was installed but NEVER used. It was maintained under a service agreement so it was serviced every 6 months. As with all previously owned equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches and minor blemishes. If any exist, they are minor in nature and in no way affect the performance.”
