This item up for auction is a used Market Forge model 4200 stainless steel convection oven. I won this item as part of a lot in an auction from a closed down shop in the food service industry. This item was working great when removed from service and should still be working great now according to the shop owner and the auction company. I do not have the knowledge or power requirements to test this item myself. The only knowledge of whether it works or not is what the auction company and shop owner told me. I have a long history with this auction company and they are right on the info they give me 95% of the time.
