This item came from an estate. I plugged it in and it buzzes but I am not able to test it. Sold as is. Please see the pictures for condition. The H-10A is intended principally for use as a serviceman's tool, although it also can be used for production-line leak checking. Normally the serviceman will use it for leak checking automobile air conditioning, and home and commercial air conditioning or refrigeration equipment. The Type H-10A Halogen Leak Detector consists of a control unit, probe with 4 1/2 foot cable/hose, and 9 foot power cord, all housed in a shock-resistant simulated-leather case. All International shipments are shipped Priority mail because it comes with insurance and tracking so the cost may be more expensive. I pack very securely when shipping internationally and welcome international purchases. Insurance: All items are insured. The only exception to that are first class international shipments.
