MARSHALL AIR SYSTEMS MODEL FR1569-C Automatic Conveyor Broiler AUTOBROIL - Front Return Gas Broiler High production gas broilers for hamburgers of different sizes and other compatible food items such as chicken and meat filets. Direct onconveyor broiler produces appealing bar marks and enhances flavor. Marshall is the Cadillac of Automatic Broilers. This unit shows little to no wear other than some lettering decal removal probably due to cleaning. The unit had been stored for a couple of years before I got it. What you see is the way I got it. I've removed the side plates in the pictures so you can see better whats going on in the unit. Powered with a 208/240 volt set up Natural Gas or Propane capable (Consult with Marshall Air Systems the Manufacturer for your application) Speed and Temp Controls. Each conveyor can be individually controlled Left Side is the Gas Broiler and Right Side is a Toaster Broiler has a 9 inch and 6 inch conveyor for different cook times VOLUME Hamburger Peak Production: Frozen 2 oz. patties 440/hr. 4 oz. patties 240/hr. Fresh 2 oz patties 550/hr. 4 oz. patties 300/hr. (Figures for estimating only. Actual production varies with fat content, surface texture and meat starting temperature.)
