The HEPA filter has definite wear and needs to be replaced. There are pre-drilled holes on either side of the tank for a handle to be attached for easier control and movement. The vacuum is in good condition. Notes: The HEPA vacuum was plugged in and powered on without any issue. The suction was ample and a chair was cleaned with a test suction hose. The unit is in good working condition. No further testing was performed. NO hoses or other accessories are included with this vacuum. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
