The unit has a pressure rating of 250 psig maximum, temperature rating of 250В°F maximum and an accuracy of В±5% of the full-scale flow rate. Additionally, the flow meter has a repeatability of 0.25% of the scale reading and a range of 10 to 1, that is, 100% to 10% of the full-scale mm or linear flow with conversion curves and/or factors. The FM-1051S-HA Flowmeter is functionally and dimensionally interchangeable with other current designs while containing many innovative features. For instance, the unique Tube-CubeВ® is designed to quicken and simplify tube alignment and installation. Furthermore, the 1.5 X scale magnification lens allows for a more accurate reading. The tube-cube provides protection during handling, reducing chipped tube ends, broken tubes, and misalignment. The end seals in the FM-1050 are direct acting and non-rotating for speedy alignment and easy service access. The Matheson Gas Products FM-1051S-HA Flowmeter is a high accuracy device with a 605 Tube and has been extensively tested to ensure optimum performance. This precision meter provides accurate indication and can easily control a wide range of fluids for various applications. The metering tubes in the FM-1050 series come with integral float guides guaranteeing a В±5% accuracy of full scale (В±1% using the optional calibration) and include both glass and stainless-steel floats. The units are also available in a range of 150mm scales. The device is constructed using materials that guarantee durability: wetted end blocks, fittings, and internal parts made from brass or 316 stainless steel, and anodized aluminum or Kynar Monel. Seal materials, which can be Buna-N or Viton standard, come optional with EPR, Kalrez, or Teflon. The side plates are painted or anodized aluminum, while the metering tube is a Borosilicate glass in a Tube-CubeВ® holder This flowmeter has a low-pressure drop for increased flow rates and requires minimum hardware during installation due to its standard front panel mounting. It is available with precision tapered, fluted metering tubes, high precision, and utility metering valves that do not require specific fittings. The FM-1051S-HA Flowmeter is designed with direct-acting, non-rotating compression plugs that ensure speedy and easy tube sealing.
