Description: Cylinder regulators are used to reduce the high pressure in the gas cylinder to a more manageable pressure in the simplest of gas delivery systems. The cylinder regulator is equipped with a cylinder connection, a high pressure gauge to monitor the content of the cylinder and a low pressure gauge to monitor the adjustable secondary pressure. If there is a need for flow adjustments the cylinder regulator is equipped with a needle valve, otherwise it is equipped with a standard diaphragm shut-off valve. A two stage regulator is actually two regulators in one body. The first stage acts as a single stage regulator. Because of this, the second stage sees minor inlet pressure fluctuations resulting in a constant pressure over the life of the cylinder.
