This unit is rated from 70-300VAC when used with a 100VAC power source. This power supply is in good used condition. The carrying case is intact, the meter cover is not bent or dented in any way. There is a chip in the plastic where the outlets mount to the unit. The power cord was mangled and the plug was destroyed so we cut it off; it will need to be replaced in order to use this.
