Description: This is a brand new model 72 governor spring made to original specs and exact size. This is a high quality made in the USA spring and is NOT a modified spring that is just 'made to work' on the governor. It is made SPECIFICALLY for us and for the twin cylinder governor. This is truly a very high quality part! We had these made JUST for the this application.  To install, simply hook to your adjustment screw of your governor, pass through the brass spacer tube and slide the tail of the spring down through the governor body until it pokes out the side. Then pull it tight with pliers, bend over to hold in place and trim the excess tail off. It's as easy as that! Need more help installing it?
