This is an old Maytag Model 19 Hit & Miss Engine.  It shows wear and may be missing some parts.  Everything does seem to move.  The only damage I see is the broken top fin that can be seen in the last photo. If you need parts off of this engine, feel free to message me with the parts you need. According to my research, the model 19 was similar to the Model 92, but had some different parts. "The model 19 found late in production 1936 to 1937. The Model 19 has a different Kick pedal, segment gear and segment cover. Part numbers S-295 / S-296 / S-297 The pedal and segment gear resembled those of the later twin cylinder engines.  This change was necessary to adapt the engine to the model 19 Washer." I would prefer to sell this with local pickup, but if that is not possible, please contact me for a shipping quote.
