Works well. The spring for the dosing handle is broken but is still functional. The handle just doesn't bounce back on its own. The handle is a bit loose from the base and does need to be slightly lifted when using.  The parts to fix it would run about $100 and are easily replaced.  This is a WORK HORSE grinder and has been heavily used for 10 years. Many parts have been replaced with certified mazzer parts by a technician. I'd bet that this grinder has another 10 years. Our operation has simply out-grown it.
