MB Master-Bilt GEL-9 66" Gelato & Ice Cream Merchandiser Dipping Cabinet ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This Master-Bilt Gel-9 Gelator Merchandiser was purchased new in 2008 and used for one year until the business closed. It has been in storage since. It is a current model being sold by Master-Bilt for $14,000. This one is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition and I guarantee it will not be DOA. This freezer comes complete and ready to use with the internal racks and ten 5 liter gelato pans. Will hold up to 18 standard pans. Has a switch on the back for two internal flourescent lights which are working properly. The curved glass front panel hinges up for cleaning. The back has two slidiing doors for dipping. I plugged it in and fully tested function for several days and it works perfect. The digital thermostat is preset at 15 degrees but can be adjusted from -5F to 20+F. The stainless steel inside bottom plates remove for easy cleaning. I am also including a copy of the Installation and Operations manual. Has 2 cords and will require a 208-230V circuit and a separate 115V circuit for the condensate evaporative pan. The entire freezer has been detail cleaned inside and out. Somehow the black cosmetic side panels got missplaced during storage so I bought a new set from Master-Bilt for $450.00. This machine is currently being housed inside at a storage facility in Coolidge Arizona where it is available for pick up. I will also crate and freight ship it. I was able to adjust temperature using the digital control. The internal lights are working properly. The hydraulic cyclinders to assist with holding the front glass open for cleaning are working properly. The overall stainless steel is very nice with minimal sign of use. There are no dents in the machine. Very quiet while running. The bottom edge of the left side panel got some minor scratches during shipping. The scratches are barely noticeable.
