The MCLNR25M12 is a 25 x 150mm indexable external turning toolholder made for CNMG inserts. Its square shank size is 25mm and it's suitable for contouring, turning, and facing. The toolholder features a negative rake and a cutting edge angle of -5 degrees. It accepts CNMA, CNMG, and CNMM square inserts. The package includes 1 x MCLNR525M12 toolholder and 2 x L wrench. We offer high-performance carbide inserts with the following specs: insert grade YBC251, made of carbide material, and coated with CVD Tin Al2O3 TICN. The machining parts material is steel alloy, and it's suitable for semi-finish/medium machining process. The insert features an I.C of 12.7mm (1/2"), T: 4.76mm (3/16") Radius: 0.4mm (1/64"). Please note that the item's color may differ slightly from the pictures due to light and screen differences. Make sure you don't mind before placing a bid. YBC251 is suitable for general purposes on a wide range of materials, including steel, cast steel, and stainless steel. It's perfect for finishing, semi-finishing, and light roughing. The YBC251 coating grade, made of carbide substrate, features Tin, Al2O3, and TiCN layers. The Tin coating reduces friction and easily identifies worn-out spots. The Al2O3 layer forms a thermal barrier to protect the insert from anti-plastic deformation during high-speed cutting. The TiCN layer has high wear resistance characteristics, and the carbide substrate is structured to increase the rigidness of the core base and thermal stability at high temperatures.
