As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus. COMES AS SHOWN! GOOD LUCK! EBAY requires a condition code now on auctions,however there isnt one to exactly fit this auction. IT will probably work, but sold as is since we cannot test!
