 this I picked up from a meat processor, and it was described as a pulled pork meat shredder. I have had it in my office as a unique little "what is it ? " novelty....few people have guessed what it is !!  I now  have acquired a fossil dinosaur tooth as a new office novelty. this is heavy as it weighs over 30 pounds and is very well made stainless steel. the shredder drum easily slides out for cleaning. I have no idea how it works or is used. I would suppose it cost a great deal of money new, and from the looks of the nylon bushings and  teeth, I can not see where there is any wear on it at all. I also would suppose this would be well worth its price as a office decor for a butcher shop, meat processor ?? who knows ?? I hope it might work for you !! i am a private party small seller from up here in Minnesota, and i will personally package this item with care and ship promptly.
