It is complete and ready to use in tested working condition. I filled the bottle with crystals and was easily able to test the compressor and vacuum features. I was easily able to shoot abrasion crystals out the tip and the suction feature is collecting the crystals in the bottle. Both controls are working and so is the vacuum gauge on the face. The footswitch is working properly and original to the system. Both bottles are good. This machine is 13 years old but hardly used. There is some overal sign of use in the form of a few scratches and scrapes but nothing to prevent the use.
