All components are in working condition, and most are in excellent cosmetic shape, as everything was installed in a closed panel. The IGBTs are attached to a liquid cooled heat sink. The PLC unit, MEDWELD card, and connection cable are included in this package. The DC link component of the system is a part of the inverter module, and consists of a high power capacitor bank. It uses 6 Eupec Thyristors (SCR) to rectify the alternating current and control the phase angle of when the device turns on. This controls the output current. The firing card is used to trigger the thyristor gates, which is a component of this module. The F.C. is connected to the MEDWELD MFDC PLC card by serial cable.
