This sale includes: Mediasonics Model BF48 ultrasound stethoscope scanner, earphones, soft leather carrying case, and an 8.5 oz. Spectra 360 Electrode Gel tube (apparently partially used). Designed for general vascular use, to assess peripheral vascular disease and to determine blood flow in grafts and anastomosis, these noninvasive blood flow Dopplers feature narrow beam technology for increased sensitivity. They also provide an alternative to stethoscopes for systolic pressures of shock patients, infants, obese patients and others with weak pulses. Model BF4B Doppler determines general blood flow with a frequency of 5.3 MHz. Model BF5A Doppler measures superficial blood flow with a frequency of 8 MHz. Dopplers have two 2.5mm jacks to drive one or two headsets, one headset and a speaker or recording device. Dopplers come complete with stethoscope headset, gel, battery and soft carrying case.
