The unit powers on but no other testing can be performed. The item was removed from working service. There is some residual marking on the cabinet top and some areas where stickers were attached. No accessories are included. It is guaranteed not to be DOA. Terms: Virginia sales subject to 5% state sales tax. Shipping via ground service. Shipments over certain dollar amounts will require an adult signature or addressee direct signature.
