Meditron Universal Generator Irrigator UGI-3000 Includes Foot Switch FS 20 Unit powers on and runs through the self tests. The unit reads "PASS" upon running diagnostics, but at one point, "FAIL" lights up for a second and then reads "PASS". We are not experts on all equipment, but we do report the results honestly. The "FAIL" may be because we do not have the correct electrode or plate hooked up, but again, we are not sure. The sale includes the main unit, the foot switch and 2 electrode cords. The foot switch does activate the unit, but shows signs of needing attention [see pics].
