This item has been previously used, but remains in GREAT condition! The outer plastic casing may have a few very small and light scratches/marks from previous use. The cord has a little bit of ink on it, this might come off with a little elbow grease. We have provided several photos for your convenience. We received this as a working pull from a recent office clean out.
