Melles Griot 17MAX301 three Axis XYZ Parallel Flexure Stage with three 17DRV001 Stepper Motor Drivers, and 3 controller to motor cables. The stage is compatible with the ThorLabs MAX301. Features: X, Y, Z Motorized travel: 4mm Each of the three axes has a built-in piezo actuator with feedback, input: 0 - 75V, damage threshold: 100V. Piezo Actuator Travel ( X, Y, and Z ): 20 um Piezo drive / feedback electronics are NOT included The three 17DRV001 actuators have high precision lead screws and may be driven by almost any 4 wire stepper drive. Actuator drive electronics are NOT included.
