This oil filter assembly fits most MEP002 and MEP003 Military generators made by several manufacturers. The assembly in this auction includes the unique attachment bolt, including the bolt gasket. (Not the filter gasket). When the military sends these reliable generators out for surplus sales they always drain the fluids--including the oil. Often the filter cartridges are removed and lost by they time they are at auction. New replacement parts are extremely expensive. Here's an opportunity to get what you need at a very reasonable price. Does not include the filter or the filter gasket. They are available from auto parts stores or on line.
