Its 2 cylinder diesel engine is connected to a Marathon brushless generator, producing output voltages of 115/230 and 208 single and three phase. The amperage output is 52/26/17 amps, which is enough to keep the furnace, refrigerator, well, and small outlets running during a power outage. It only burns about half a gallon of fuel per hour under full load. To ensure its optimal performance, we have flushed out the old fuel, drained the fuel separator, installed a brand new Wix secondary fuel filter and Wix oil filter, and filled it with new Delo 15/40 diesel motor oil. We also cleaned the battery terminals, installed two new matched sets of batteries, greased all four battery terminals, and serviced the air filter.
