If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you via the eBay messaging service and it should be dispatched within 7 working days. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders sent by this service should be delivered within 2 – 5 working days. Our courier service is via InterLink Express, which will deliver your items within 24 or 48 hours, depending on the service charged. If you wish for your item(s) to be delivered via Royal Mail Signed ForÔ or 1st Class, please contact us before payment so that we can amend your invoice. If your item does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us. International Shipping We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment. All refunds will be credited to PayPal or the original payment card. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them, and must be returned in a saleable condition and any tags must be intact. We will only provide a full refund including postage charges if the item is defective, and we do not refund any costs of return postage unless we have made an error.
