If your item needs to be boxed and packed for collection, there will be a ?2 (VAT Inclusive) charge to cover materials. Postage We offer a number of different postage services depending on the size and weight of the item. Items up to 500g can be sent via Royal Mail, 1-10kgs by Hermes, 10-30kgs Parcelforce. Please note some of these services take upto 5 days to deliver, so please allow for this when ordering your item. Items over 30 kgs will be sent by Palletline. For extra-large items or lorry loads, we will source a competitive quote for you. If you require an Express delivery option, please contact us for prices. Returns Please be sure you actually want the item you are bidding on or buying, as we do not offer refund if you simply change your mind. Faulty goods will be repaired if viable or refunded. All faults should be reported within 3 days of receipt, failure to do this will void any repair or refund.
