Mercury Model 1100 Tube Tester w Chart, Instructions Vacuum Radio TV TESTED & WORKING! This tube tester is in good used condition and was tested side by side with another tester known to be good. I tried several different tubes I had on hand – some testing good and some not – and this Mercury 1100 Tube tester matched my main unit tube for tube. I’ll include the tube shown in the pictures so you can test the tester right away. The size is a real plus. It’s nice and compact at 10 1/2 ”x8x3 1/2 ”. It comes with the original instruction manual and the tube chart – even the original warranty card and the extended tube data service card is still with it! The mechanical systems (switches, knobs, etc.) work fine. The short detector light works fine too. The main needle dial is working fine, is completely legible, and the colors are nice and vibrant. All the control paint, etc. is nice and clear also. Please see the pictures for a more complete description and don’t hesitate to ask questions or for more pictures if you can’t see something. I’m happy to help, but perhaps not the best photographer. If you can’t quite read the serial number in the picture, it’s 172434. The interior is in terrific shape and beautiful, but the exterior has had a good, honest life. Okay, let’s call it well-loved. It’s structurally sound and there’s nothing wrong with it; it’s just not too pretty. Please bid with confidence as I’ll guarantee this unit not to be DOA! I won’t swear to peak calibration, but if you’re looking for a unit for basic tests this one should be yours at this price! Good luck and happy bidding!
