This industrial-grade metal cleaner is ideal for cleaning, degreasing, and phosphating large metal products in one step to increase paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. Using it with our CPR System recycling equipment, you can recycle your phosphate wash and reclaim your chemical bath for further use, bringing your metal pretreatment into environmental compliance. Non-stainless, powder-coated machines are available at a reduced price. Please note that Indiana sales tax will be charged for all local pick-ups, but equipment delivered or freighted across state lines will not be taxable in the state of Indiana. You will be responsible for the sales tax in your state. This auction is for the Bondtite 43 metal cleaner only, which is a new product. The Bondtite Model 43 is a hot water pressure washer with 4 gallons per minute at 3000 psi and 180 degrees hot water with an 8 horsepower electric motor running on 230/460 3 phase. It can be fired with propane or natural gas and comes with a 50-foot high-pressure hose, a trigger gun and a wand. It also features a draft diverter, stainless steel frame and housing, time delay shutdown, pressure and temperature gauge, and a chemical mixing tank for high-pressure phosphate pretreatment.
