  Metcal MX-500P-11 2-Port SMT Soldering / Rework Station    This is a used, but in excellent condition, Metcal MX-500P-11 soldering / rework station. I turned it on. It heats up fine. (Both ports work)   It comes with a new wand. 5 new Tip Cartridges (STTC-122, STTC-136, STTC-138, STTC-145, & STTC-817), 2 used Tip Cartridges, a new tip removal pad, a new sponge, a wand holder and a copy of the user’s manual on CD. (Everything pictured).   Combines a 50W power supply with two switchable outputs. The soldering handpiece allows you to do both SMT and through-hole. Features interchangeable tip cartridges that utilize SmartHeat® technology and a compact power supply with automatic power shut-off (after 30 minutes of non-use) that maximizes the tip cartridge life. The MX-500 system is ESD-safe and meets Mil-Specs.
