We have a never before used Metro C567-NFS-L C5 6 Series 3/4 Height Reach-In Heated Holding Cabinet - Solid Door. This heated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. Thanks to its fixed, lip load wire slides, set on 1 1/2" increments, this holding cabinet can hold up to (29) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans. The unit's 3/4 height construction makes it ideal for locations with space restrictions while offering a larger holding area than half-height units! User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage and simplifying cleaning of the Metro C567-NFS-L. These controls display the temperature via an "always-on" analog thermometer for continuous monitoring of the cabinet temperature, even when it's turned off or unplugged.
