The cabinet is insulated with double pane tempered glass doors that provide easy access, while the ducted heating system ensures that the temperature is distributed evenly. The cabinet also comes with universal wire slides that can accommodate up to 18 18" x 26" pans or 36 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The slides are adjustable and spaced 3" apart on 1-1/2" increments, making it easy to customize the cabinet to your specific needs. The Metro C589-NFS-UPFC Heated Holding Cabinet is made of durable aluminum and comes with 5" casters that make it easy to move around. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified to give you peace of mind knowing that it is safe to use. The Metro C589-NFS-UPFC Heated Holding Cabinet is a must-have for any commercial kitchen. This mobile pass-thru cabinet is part of the C5 8 series and features a controlled temperature holding function that ensures your food stays warm and fresh. The cabinet comes equipped with a top mount digital control panel that allows you to adjust the temperature from 70 to 200F. It also features low temp alarm and memory recall functions that help you keep track of your food's temperature.
