This mobile Metro C597-NFS-L proofer/holding cabinet is the perfect addition to any commercial kitchen. The C5, 9 series controlled humidity heated cabinet has an insulated solid door and can hold up to 29 18" x 26" pans with an aluminum 1-1/2" O.C. lip load slide. The cabinet is also equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper & drip trough combination, and uses 2000 watts with 16.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certified. We also accept returns within 30 days on all unused items in original packaging, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs involved and a minimum 25% restocking fee.
