Metro Med Dispense series Automated Dispensing Cabinet. This particular model is the Base 25. It contains 25 standard drawers. Each drawer is configurable to store up to six different floor stock medications or one narcotic (for safety purposes) per drawer. This unit was removed from working service and is currently sitting in my warehouse. I contacted Metro and was able to speak with a Metro Representative. This is unit can be purchased for $18,000 in brand new condition. In the current condition, this cabinet is still worth around $6,000 $10,000 sold as-is. I am unable to test this item without the software, which must be purchased from Metro directly. I have no need for this machine, therefore my reason not to purchase the software, which is customized to the hospital or pharmacy's needs. I am told that the missing drawer cover is a minor issue and should not affect the use of the machine and that it can be fixed/replaced for a small cost. I will be starting this auction at only $1000. I can not provide shipping and this auction is for pickup only. If needed, BUYER can contact me and discuss possible shipping options.
