Super clean looking Metrotech Locator Model 810 Line Tracer set!   Item includes Model 810 locator (receiver), Model 810 Transmitter, Metrotech 4" inductive clamp, grounding plate, electrical wire with gator clamps, Metrotech zippered pouch, and Metrotech hard-shell carrying case for the entire set.  The photos incorrectly show some surfaces in a faded or yellow-orange color.  This is due to the lighting.  The Orange finished surfaces are actually a uniform deep orange instead. The set looks to us to have been used very little and handled with care. Item may need repair (or not, we are not knowledgeable on this type of equipment).  Part of the locator's display is black, part is grey.  We tested the battery meter on the handheld locator unit (photo 6) and battery test light on the transmitter unit (photo 8); both units indicated battery power.  We found clean battery compartments.  We are not able to test further.  Batteries not included.  Mouse over or click medium size photos to appreciate the very clean cosmetic condition of the components and the completeness of this set. Based on other eBay items, used Metrotech model 810's in comparable cosmetic condition are hard to find.  We believe that this set has the potential to be a useful line tracer set that the owner can be very proud of and make (or save) money with.  Buy it today!
