Some lights flash when we plug it in but then nothing stays on and none of the screens display anything. So we are assuming that this piece is not working all the way. It is being sold as is since we don't think that it will work without some repair. It is mounted in a blue metal case and the hinges are missing the latches so that it will not close. So you can shut the lid but you can't lock it down closed. Again, this piece may be able to be repaired but we are selling it as is for parts or repair.
