We did plug it in and it did not appear to power on. This balance may be fixable. We took the top and side panel off and took a picture of the parts that were not in their proper place. We do not know if all of the parts are there or not so look at the picture carefully. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with scuffs and scratches.
