Mettler PR 5003 Analytical Balance We have used this for several years in our Metrology lab, and is is stable, reliable, and demonstrates a low process standard deviation. We have demonstrated it with a 1 kg and 5 kg standard (not included in this auction). This is an excellent Swiss made balance from a very reliable maker, and we are offering it only as we have ordered a new (similar) Comparator. There are no known defects with this balance, although there is a crack in the casing of the power supply (we got it that way). The glass enclosure is removable for weighing irregular shapes or larger vessels.
