The manual and other resources available by links provide below! We have several of these in very similar condition. Picture may not be of the exact items but is the same model. The power adapters are not OEM, however they meet the power requirement of the original. Physical Condition: The item has been used previously. The item has some signs of cosmetic wear, scratches and scraps! (see photo's) One of the Picstart Plus Units has some type of red ink smearde on it, as if there had been writing on the front cover and then was tried to be removed. As well as the serial cables they have felt tip numbers written on them. Working Condition/Degree of Testing: Turns on. LED's illuminate. Power tested only. No further testing, due to lack of required equipment to test, working condition is unknown. The CE compliant PICSTART Plus development programmer has a molded plastic enclosure and special circuit design techniques to enhance ESD protection.
