Microscope MBI-1 is a medium-complexity model biological microscope. It is used for research of transparent slides in transmitted light. When using a condenser or other special accessories can be monitored in a dark field or reflected light. Microscope MBI-1 can be used for work in botany, agriculture, factory production laboratories, etc .. The microscope has a sloping tube to monitor and direct replacement tube for photomicrography. Mechanical tube length is constant and equal to 160 mm. Fastening and interchangeable lenses are made with the help of a revolving nozzle with four sockets. Subject round turntable. The total magnification of a microscope is from 56- to 1350-fold.
