Responsibility for using this item rests entirely with you. I do combine shipments. Handling fee is always $1.00 or 15% of shipping cost whatever is greater. Overseas shipments – by REGISTERED MAIL and FEDEX ONLY. Returns and complaints are accepted within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise, please, don’t bother after that. All the glass items and all the items won for the price above $100.00 require insurance, Because the shipping cost is approximate, PLEASE, WAIT for MY INVOICE. The final bill will be send when the item is packed and the exact cost of shipment&handling is known. The shipment&handling cost may be lower or higher, than indicated in the original listing. If you send your payment without my invoice and the cost of shipment is lower, than expected, YOU WILL NOT be refunded, but if the cost of shipment is HIGHER, you will be asked to PAY an ADDITIONAL AMOUNT + 50 cents to cover the balance, even if it is 5 cents. The shipping cost will be shown on your postage label (I do not print labels with hidden shipping cost).
