This was part of the local oscillator chain and multiplied to 12 GHZ band. I tested this amplifier. +15 vdc current draw was 45 milliamps -20 dBm input Gain is better than 20 dB from 1.GHz to 2.4 Ghz Name plate spec is 2.02 GHz to 2.12 GHz Please see the response sweeps attached.
