Wideband microwave amplifier. Measured 6.5 to 12 GHz +; the gain rises with frequency above 12 GHz. Requires +12 volts at about 250 ma. 1 dB compression power output, at 10.4 GHz, was measured as +14 dBm. Female SMA in and out. Unknown maker, but the construction indicates aerospace or military application. Tested and guaranteed. If you need a specific measurement made, please ask. I would recommend that it be mounted on a heat sink or chassis. Your package will be well packed to avoid shipping damage and promptly shipped, as soon as payment is received.
