Damages & Freight Claims When your order is picked up by the freight carrier (truck,DHE,CWX, UPS and FedX) they sign for the product as being in good order. If there is visible damage to the cartons or missing cartons it must be noted on the bill of lading. It is also your responsibility to look in the cartons to make sure there is no hidden damage.
