Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, took unit down to the bare chassis and cleaned and rebuilt. Installed a new Air Valve Solenoid and Fill / Vent Valve Solenoid Manifold. Cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank. Cleaned the Sterilizing Chamber and installed a new Door Gasket, Dam Gasket and Mesh Water Filters. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Connected unit up to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water to the reservoir and proceeded to test it. Ran unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested unit to verify it is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found the unit maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit is in refurbished condition, with a very low cycle count and is fully functional.
