Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, took unit down to the bare chassis and rebuilt. Installed a new Air Valve Solenoid and Fill / Vent Valve Manifold Assembly. Cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank and installed a new Drain Tube. Cleaned the sterilizing chamber and installed a new Steam Block, Door Gasket, Dam Gasket and Mesh Water Filters. Installed a new Keypad in the top panel. Cleaned the sterilizing Trays and Rack. Connected unit to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and proceeded to test. Ran unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested unit to verify it is achieving maximum sterilization temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit has some scratches in the plastic door and top panel, and some minor rusting on the metal side panels where the panels meet the top plastic panel at the chamber opening. None of these issues effect the operation of the unit. Unit is fully functional and in refurbished condition.
